How To Make An Appointment

Telephone Triage Appointments can be booked by calling the Surgery on 01438 715044.   All appointments are triaged by the clinician who will agree a plan and decide if they need to see you in person or can deal with your issue over the telephone.

Alternatively, you can access the eConsult service from the home home page to seek assistance, get information or request items such as sick notes.
