Disability Information

Bridge Cottage Surgery are aware of the importance of providing care and support to patients with a disability. This page provides some useful information, but if you have any special needs please let our staff know so that we can help and ensure you get the same support in the future.

Accessible Information Standard

The Accessible Information Standard tells organisations how they should make sure that disabled patients receive information in formats that they can understand and receive appropriate support to help them to communicate. These standards include making sure that people get information in different formats if they need it.

Bridge Cottage Surgery often communicates with patients through its website, if you would like information from Bridge Cottage Surgery in an alternative format (for example, large print, braille, easy read, email) or if you need help with communicating with us (for example, because you use British Sign Language, need an interpreter), please let us know. You can call us on 01438 715 044 or email us at
